Best barber in Rochester! Victor is an amazing barber!
The BEST haircut and shave I've ever received. I picked "The Works" as it was my first time checking out Swillbarber. Victor was welcoming, patient, communicative about what would work for my hair, and just simply a professional at the highest level in his craft. From the chair to the decorations to the actual cut ... This is the spot. I loved it and already booked another appointment!
Accidentally had the wrong date booked but lucked out cause they happened to have a cancelation and fit me in. Super nice and attentive to your preferences and nailed it! Bly is awesome! 100% recommend!
