I am a local lender here in the Lake County area and I can attest to the fact that Bob has done many, many appraisals for our company. We love all of our local appraisers but Bob stands among our best. He always goes the extra mile to do an honest and fair job. My profession prohibits my direct contact with property appraisers due to appraiser impartiality laws and and our appraisals must ordered through a third party service. I have used Bob Swiger as an appraiser since 1998. He does excellent work in a timely manner and has excellent insight on the real estate values in Central Florida.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! This is one of the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever come into contact with in my life. Lazy, lazy, lazy, and should not be part of an appraisal bank for lenders. I had three offers on my house all within a week, two of which were over asking. This individual came into my property without contacting me or my realtor and undercut the value not taking into account any of the upgrades.
