Awesome food and awesome service! Owner is a very nice guy! This is the place to eat in charleston!
We have been multiple times and have not been disappointed. I brought my family from out of state and we enjoyed the Family Platter. The amount of food was more than enough for four Adults to eat our fill and bring home leftovers.
We've finally found an amazing bbq place in Swig and Swine. The pulled pork doesnt need sauce and the brisket just melts in your mouth. The pork sausage was so flavorful, we cant wait to try everything else they have to offer.
Food was great! Service not so good...The Server I had needs more training.
Wonderful brisket! The collards, hash, potato salad, and mac n cheese was less desirable. I expected the collards to have a ham hock in them that nice smoky flavor wasn't there. They were sweet and tangy. The hash reminded me of sloppy joes on hardly cooked rice. My fiancé ordered the macaroni and cheese. He was excited they made it with shell noodles however it was quite dry and was missing that rich cheese flavor. The potato salad lacked luster I just couldn't put my finger on that flavor. The BEST BBQ around. Heaven on Earth is the only way to describe it. The Southern hospitality shines throughout the establishment. Staff was amazing, food was out of this world, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.
