Swig and Swine is doing BBQ perfectly. I had lunch there two days in a row and was able to sample the brisket, pork belly, ribs, mac and cheese, collards, and beans (with brisket). Every piece of meat was divine and cooked to a perfect tenderness. The mac and cheese is easily the best I've ever had in my life...Anthony, I want that recipe! We came down from Minnesota and searched out places before coming down. The first place we decided on for dinner was Swig & Swine. The atmosphere was great, the employees were friendly, fun, and incredibly helpful. We sat at the meat counter and tried a few things before ordering.
