Called and scheduled 12/ 27/2021. Lady told me to send size of property via text and got response that they will see me on 12/29/2021 930am. 10am on 12/29/2021 called in and the lady said she does not have me on the scheduled and can be there after 1230PM My wife is 7 months pregnant and works the 3rd shift so this will not work. Past reviews shows scheduling is a major problem with this company. Will never work with them again. I scheduled with this company Thursday morning for the next morning to clean my sellers condo. I sent a text at 8:30 to confirm, and she tells me she thought yesterday was Friday, seriously; thats what she said, and that they have no one available to do the job I had scheduled them for. I scheduled showings with potential buyers. Very unprofessional. I don't like leaving negative reviews for businesses, but this is simply unacceptable, and the public needs to be aware. This could seriously affect my seller.
Unfortunately -- the scheduling process was terrible. We had agreed to a time and date and then when I messaged the next day to follow up and confirm -- they said that they no longer had anyone available at that time and they had not put it in the night before and the time was now unavailable. Fine -- it happens. Reached out to reschedule -- messages ignored. Called and left voicemail, nothing. It's too bad because I live in the Avenue which is where they say they're located.
