My family had the pleasure of doing a 5 course dinner with Chef Nick while on vacation in Santa Rosa Beach. We had the greatest experience! Every course was absolutely delicious. Check Nick catered a 5 course meal for our group of 12. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! And the presentation was beautiful. He brought his own dishes and cook wear. Set the table and cleaned up afterwards. The night was a blast!!!
