A big thank you to Simon and his team for the terrific job they did on Friday. The palm tree has never looked so good They went above and beyond the task and left the garden looking so much better. Thank you
3 appontment times set - 3 no shows. 1 - Messaged me right before he was supposed to turn up to say his worker was ill 2 - Did not show up or respond to messages - later told he had a death in the family and his worker was injured 3 - Did not show up - feigned surprise and told the truck was broken down. I repeatedly informed Simon that I was losing income and I messaged every time to confirm the day before. He confirmed. Refused to compensate for loss of income despite being told I would have to have time off twice.
Simon and team were excellent and we couldn't be happier with their work. From initial phone call and quote to their professional tree services and clean up. They were great value for money, very friendly and most of all cleaned up after themselves leaving the work area spotless. Will definitely be using them again!
Dealing with Simon and Swift Trees initially was great however when it came to stump grinding our palms, we ran into issues with the stumps not being ground at all near enough what was required to be able to lay turf. I am not sure if the grinding of stumps is outsourced. I would work with Swift again however would look elsewhere when it comes to stump grinding if required. Alot of extra unnecessary work was required by us when we were under the assumption we paid for this service.
Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable.
