I guess I'm one of the unlucky ones - tree pruning booked including specified arrival time, but never showed up, didn't reply to texts or phone calls. Job was not a small job. Extremely unprofessional, as Simon was aware it's hard for me to find a day to be at home due to work commitments.
Booked the service. No one comes on the day. No reply to messages, no reply to call. No reply to online inquiry. Very disappointed
Simon did a great job removing a large gum tree from our property that was leaning and dangerous. Simon communicated quickly and was prompt with getting the job done. We will definitely use him again and recommend others to do so
