If you use them you better count the bales when they arrive and watch them the whole time. Poor coverage and poor job. Very poor response to issues. We won’t use them again.
Swift Straw was contracted by my landscape company to do our spring pine straw & mulch. This is something we normally do ourselves but decided to take a chance this year. We will not do that again. The pine straw was fine but the mulch was so thin that within a week it looked like nothing was done. It took a few weeks of back and forth with the company before they came back out to fix the issue. Again, they did the absolute bare minimum. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
very unprofessional. They dont know how to respond and get their information correct. A company should know what they need before they ask for other people information. you do not get personal information from someone until you know you need it.

I love this company!
Purchased 50 bales of pine straw this weekend. The ends of the bales were wet when I picked it up but was told by the Latino employee who helped load it that it would dry out and be fine. When I got home I discovered the inner layers were starting to decompose and were stuck together. There were almost as much sticks as straw. I have purchased for years when it was Corbin but will never purchase Swift Straw again.

Our community recently ordered over 6,000 bales for individual, resident purchases. That is a lot of people to make happy. We were extremely satisfied with the attention to detail, quality installation, quality of pine straw, service and pricing. I highly recommend Swift Pine Straw.
