: Compliments/Complaints. : Compliments/I had an 11am appointment. I left bluffton at 8:20. Unfortunately rte 17 was closed. I called at 10:30 when I realized I would be late and offered to turn around and reschedule. I was told after holding so they could ask in the back to keep coming. The doctor would see me. I arrived at 11:40 and was told I had to wait. At 12:10 was told to go home Dr refused to see me. Seven hours in the car and a half hour waiting and you have the audacity to call me a no show??? Very professional, excellent bedside manner, personable, excellent patient educator, competent respected by his staff, office well organized and friendly staff.
I came from Charlotte in hopes of getting answers for my health conditions and within the first visit I knew I was in the right place.
Takes time to listen. Speaks to the patient on a level that is understandable. genuinely seems interested in the patient. Do not feel rushed
