Very happy with our unit and their service. Patrick and Chris were great, friendly and professional. We had Swift install our unit 5 years ago, and have it serviced yearly. Always have a good experience with their scheduler and the techs. ***Update! July 2026, still very happy with Swift, just had our yearly service completed. Techs are always friendly and professional.

I can’t say enough good things about Jakob! He came out to replace my kitchen faucet, but after installing the new one, we discovered the faucet I had purchased was defective. Instead of getting frustrated or rushing out the door, Jakob did everything he could to troubleshoot and make it work. When it became clear the faucet was beyond repair, I had to run to Lowe’s to buy a replacement. I highly recommend Swift Services for many reasons. Dwayne, from Swift Services, was exceptional in service and communication as well as timely. Swift Services came to change the oil in my generator, and Dwayne explained the process to me while I watched. Jason was awesome! When our AC stopped working he had it diagnosed and fixed much faster than we expected. He was friendly, honest, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s such a relief to have our home cool again. We really appreciate the great service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Swift Services (especially Jason) to friends and family!
