**Do Not rent from this management company*** I rented a home from them (1312 grand Ave Lv Kansas). It has a Brown recluse problem and I feel like they knew about it because in the lease they stated any infestation problem would need to be taken care of by the tenant. . It has something living in the ceiling/walls. Shelby, I am very sorry that you had a bad experience. We have every resident sign a pest control addendum with every lease. This is a pretty common practice and nothing to do with prior knowledge about spiders. We had no knowledge of any issues. I was looking through the work orders you put in and didn't see anything regarding spiders. I don't see a work order for anything in the ceiling/walls either.
