They came out and did an estimate and then followed up with my insurance company when it became apparent there was hail damage. They handled everything from the estimate, to communicating with my insurance company for complete payment even after they did the job completely on my house! I opened a claim with my insurance company due to hail damage. My damage was minimal and the insurance adjuster originally denied my claim. Swift Roof went to bat for me and asked for a third party inspection. The 3rd party inspector determined that I did have hail damage. If Swift Roof wasn't representing me, I would have just accepted my insurance companies findings and I would not have received a new roof.
