Initially, they offered a reasonably attractive quote for MacBook repair, which included a non-refundable portion and a promise of a final quote after diagnosis. They claimed to be MacBook specialists, but it became clear they are more of a general phone and computer repair shop without a professional setup for Apple MacBooks. The back glass on my iPhone 13 Pro Max broke. It took about two and half hours to fix it, and it was back to looking like new. I'm so glad he was so kind to the customer and fixed it quickly.
I loved how honest and upfront they were when it came to fixing the broken screen on my phone. Would definitely recommend them for broken phone needs. Honest, fast and efficient.
Sold me a faulty screen that broke within 3 weeks and when I came back to get it repaired they charged me double what I paid for originally
