This company is supposedly trained, licensed, and authorized to work on Navien heating systems. I called them because I had gotten a recommendation from another plumber, and my heat box was making a whining noise when any faucet was opened then closed. They sent their best out to my house, and he was unable to troubleshoot the noise, and had to call Navien.
