Thought I would give the door to door salesman a try. Absolutely horrible service. He said I could pay for a 1-time spray ($99), then he signed me up for a monthly service w/ out my knowledge. While signing the agreement, the salesman specifically said "here's your one time cost.... and here's how much you would pay IF you decide to go w/ another spray". This is who you want when it comes to pest control! People who care about treating your home as if it were their own. The staff at Swift have been down to earth and kind. Jarred came to my door to show me the plans that Swift offers and when I told him that was a decision that my wife would need to be a part of and that she didn’t get off work until 6:30pm, he said no problem! So this whole thing has been horrible. They showed up to our door and offered to spray our house. We agreed and they offered a contract for a yearly thing. We declined that, because we just wanted for them to spray once. The technician said it wasn't a problem and gave us what we thought was another contract. Turns out it wasn't. We signed the contract.
