An amazing job, fast and professional. My house smells amazing! James is very polite and engaging!!!!!!
Low integrity and unprofessional. Waited 2 weeks for them to come and spray mold treatment in my unit after a water leak. They also did not conduct a water extraction, since the water mainly dried up as 2 weeks went by. They left a fan to dry out the carpet, and came back another 2 weeks later to replace the padding under the carpet- which hasn’t been installed properly, leaving a huge bump to walk over. Carson is the GOAT!!! He came for a water extraction/carpet clean and enzyme treatment due to flooding and left it looking and smelling amazing! Great service.
I call and call and call and call but never an answer. When I do get an answer, “sorry our systems are down”. A scheduled day to come fumigate and has given no time. Both myself and my partner had to take the whole day off work because we weren’t given a time when they would be present to fumigate.
