Swift surpassed these needs far beyond what I expected and what any other office comes close to in the area. great service. everyone was very patient and made sure I was 100% happy with my new prescription!
They were great stopped in didn't get my glasses there but decided to see if they could get them to fit me better and she was very helpful, took the time to adjust them said come back in if they aren't right and will adjust them again so i stopped back because were little tight on my face she took the time and worked with me again. Recommend them.
Amanda aa Swift Optical is awesome and so is the other girl who works there (Liz I think). These ladies are focuses on customers being satisfied for sure! Definitely recommend!
I bought a pair of glasses late last year never really been very happy with the way they fit... But I had bought them in Glens Falls New York before I moved here to this area... I walked into Swift optical yesterday not quite sure what was going to happen... The staff is amazing especially Amanda Rudy the manager!!! Friendly attentive staff! Good selection of frames to choose from & very helpful with selecting frames to fit your face!
Great service - Super friendly Staff. My glasses they said they'd be in within 10 days and they had them in 3 days. I was in and out in 25 minutes. They helped with my facial shape to find the glasses that would look best on me and style.
