Horrible communication. Been an on time paying member for 11 years. They switched banks and some checks got returned. Didn't get a notice and it got sent to legal. Call, email. They had them both could have been rectified in 5 seconds. Horrible service
I called to get information and the person who answers the phone doesn't know anything they're just very incompetent their answer is call your insurance company okay so give me the number to call oh I don't know. it you need to do that your self. The association is being paid they should help you not brush you off if. They Should get somebody who can help you. Actually worst customer service ever From the reviews that I have just read I have not found one positive review this is very sad
