As a first home buyer, I was in the dark about most of the process and what was required. I called a few firms looking for conveyancing services, but Kylie was the only one to pick up the phone and go though the contract with me, and patiently explained everything I needed to know. Shaun was also a pleasure to deal with. Swift legal also lives up to their name, everything was done so thoroughly and efficiently. Would absolutely recommend Swift Legal for conveyancing.
I would not use swiftlegal hervey bay again. They don’t protect their clients best interests. I feel like I hired a secretary not a solicitor. I don’t recommend them if you’re selling a property.
