The lady name Tanya at extension 145 I love her down she is so polite she never fails to answer my requests and she has never been unprofessional the best yet thank u so much Tanya keep on being the sweet person u are.And not to mention Leslie who is my coordinator she is so helpful and so polite and I just loveeee everything about her keep doing and being the sweetest person yet
My first time experience with a home care that stands on their name. I’m very pleased with the service I received, the set up was swift and consistent. My dad needed services fast and Meg was so HELPFUL, POLITE, INFORMATIVE and VERY CONSISTENT. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you!
Don't agree to have your loved one looked after by this agency. Today was supposed to be the first day of my 89 year old mother having an aide from Swift, and after multiple phone calls made by me and 2 hours after the aide was supposed to be there, they discovered the aide called out sick. Apologies but no offer to send someone else. How do you leave an elderly person high and dry like that, with no aide when the aide was being counted on to be there, on the very first day of services?!?! Unacceptable in my opinion.
