While it started out rocky with the underwriter, our primary contact Robert Setzman was outstanding. He remained calm and professional (after the underwriter clearly stated that Swift Capital was not going to be able to help us). Have been doing business with Swift for last 3 years. Real and Genuine company. Had a loan turn around time of 2 days in my last dealing. That was amazing. Samuel Apfelbaum is a real professional loan advisor and very pleasant to work with and I would recommend asking for him to work with you.
I inquired about a loan with Swift Capital or a (purchase) as they call it. Which Im sure is a way to scam the system. I submitted all documents that was asked of me for a business loan. Once they reviewed it they approved us for a loan or (purchase). After giving all the bank information for the deposit of funds we never received anything.
