I have always received excellent service with Swift Audiology. After having experienced another audiology location when I lived outside of this area I am thrilled to be back! Great customer service and they provide value for your money.
You can definitely do better at another audiologist... this lady wants to sell you what she wants and not what you want. Believe me, I experienced this. Update...I had brought someone in who was a client. Has way more experience with hearing loss than this owner.
Spend almost a year getting my aids to work the way I felt they should. Thanks to the patience of the staff I’m almost there. So far this is the best they have been for any length of time.
The service I’ve received has been excellent. Megan at the Washington office has walked me through setting up my new hearing aids step by step and the follow up visits have been very helpful. I mentioned I was feeling pressure on one side and she changed the tip for a smaller size and it was instant relief. Like a lot of people I’m now wondering why I waited so long. I’m no longer talking too loud to others because now I can hear how loud I am! My wife and friends are grateful. Thank you to everyone at Swift Audiology.
