Purchase a defective Whirlpool fridge from Murrells Inlet store and have been waiting since December 20 for someone at Swift to call us with a resolution. We call but they don’t call us back. No help getting Whirlpool rep to call us either.
I love this store. We have bought a stove and dishwasher. I look around for the best price and they always come out on top. They are a local, family business and knowledgeable. Never had an issue with anything they have sold us. I highly recommend them.

We were warned. We didn't listen. We should have listened.
Trying to buy local. Have purchased a dishwasher from them in the past. Purchased a Kitchen Aid Refrigerator on April 11, 2017 which came with a broken shelf. Wanted the shelf because it has a drink rack in it. Had another issue with the cold meat/cheese drawer. Carolina Appliance Repair came out quickly, still not resolved, but they did try. NEVER hear from Nancy Swift. We call, she responds with great enthusiasm, is on it! Shelf will be here.........when? Still waiting. Still waiting.....come on Nancy!! Not happy with serv... read more
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don't believe them if they say they will get you a rebate. They don't return calls or stick to their word.
DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE . I PAID 2000 CASH FOR A FRIDGE - AND IT WAS DELIVERED WITH A DAMAGED PIECE . I WENT THERE SEVERAL TIMES THEREAFTER AND WAS PROMISED THAT I WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF . AFTER 1 YEAR - NO RESULTS . DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE
Was not able to use my cooktop for 6 months because 4 of the 5 burners were installed incorrectly.
It is unforunate that your salesman Lee did not return my call after I had visited your store and looked at dishwashers! I had some questions about a Bosch unit. Since I did not hear back from him...I bought elsewhere!
