I hired Kim to represent my grandfather and I for an elder financial abuse case. My grandpa was sold an annuity two weeks after getting diagnosed with dementia. Should have been an open and close case with the neurologist notes. all kim had to do was subpoena that person.Kim told me she sent the subpoena to the neurologist and to my surprise they never showed up. I went to Kimberly based on a referral from another attorney. My father is being financially and mentally abused by his employees from Peru. He is 77. Kimberly seemed as if she wanted to and could help. I sent her the information that she requested. It was a bit frantic as I was going through a lot dealing with watching these kids literally brainwash my father and his 76 year old business partner. I am bipolar.
