I have a fairly new Volkswagen which I like overall, but the dealer seems unable to fix what should be very minor maintenance issues under warranty. That's unfortunate, because VW makes some good cars, but I'd never buy anything from a Swickard dealer again.
When i booked my appointment the rep said they would have the part before my appointment 3 weeks out. They did infact not order the part then had my car for 3 weeks waiting on said part. I was supposed to get a call back from my service advisor and never did, a week later I got an email that my car was ready for pick up, no call or text. They must be allergic to phones here.
I had my Atlas Crossport serviced several days ago and was delighted about how fast it was done. In addition, Dyann and others were friendly and very helpful! I made the right decision to buy my SUV from Swickard Volkswagen in Anchorage!
Fantastic service! Dyann explained their process, helped with a ride home and kept me updated on my repairs. Matt did a video of what was found so it was very clear what needed to be done.
Excellent service. Salesman and sales manager stayed 1 and a half hours after closing to finalize deal. Would send anyone over to them.
