Horrible service department at this dealership ever since they changed over to Swickard from Magic. My Highlander had a known issue that even had a TSB that explained exactly what was going on. I took it in and they wanted to officially diagnose it. That's understandable and then it would be covered under the Powertrain warranty but not only did they tell me that what I knew was wrong, was not what was wrong, they completely made up other things that were wrong with the vehicle and that is what was causing the noise.
