You're getting one star because I can't leave zero stars. Wife and I bought what was supposed to be, a "Certified, 160-point inspected" 2020 Highlander with 66k on January 5, 2025. We paid almost $35,000 cash for it. Before we drove it off the lot, there were issues that should've been caught IF the tech actually performed the 160-point inspection (he no longer works there, btw). Service Department! King, the manager, is professional, efficient and customer focused. Tony was helpful and professional when checking in. Thanks to the department for squeezing me in for my tailgate malfunction. I so appreciate your answers and help! Sales dept. When I walked asking where service was, a sales guy stopped me and asked if he could help. I said the tailgate wouldn’t open. He asked me if I had tried the button. 🤦♀️ of course I did.
We dropped our truck off for repairs and two weeks later hadn't heard a thing. We had to call and check back in every few days for updates. When we finally got our truck back after almost a month it was still not fixed and they didn't even put the flooring panels back in place. I would not recommend this place for repairs.
