If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. My experience was nothing short of a complete disaster. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I had entered a black hole of incompetence. My wife and I purchased a 2020 highlander XLE four days ago from Swickard Toyota in Edmonds, Wa. We paid over $34,000 cash for this "Toyota Certified Vehicle." The second we drove it off the lot, we noticed many issues with it that the employee performing the 160-point inspection list missed and/or ignored. We have returned to that dealership, expressed our issues, and some of the issues were ignored or 'dismissed' by employees.
