I’ve taken my car twice in the last month for different issues. Josh is very attentive and gets the job done. I previously took my car to South Anchorage Chevrolet but they never took good care of me or my car. So glad I found SWICKARD. They even have a driver to take you home and pick you up.
(6 months and they still can't get it right!? Failing business) Dropped off my vehicle November 11th. Was told to work would take three and a half weeks. Called them December 5th and was told someone would call me back. Called back the evening of December 9th and pressed harder to find out what was going on. I was told the vehicle was in paint and they were waiting on parts. They would not quote a time that the vehicle would be finished since they did not know when the parts would arrive. Easy to make the appointment. Drove right in service peroneal were Easy to deal with. Didn't push service or items that were not needed. Waited around looked at an amazing ERay Corvette. When service was completed service peroneal checked me out. Easy and simple just how it should be.
