The US healthcare system is deplorable, it has failed most people in chronic pain- we try to do what we can in one site of service realizing that injection therapies are not for everyone, nor are they appropriate for everyone. We emphasize wellness, avoidance of addicting and habituating medications and try to get everyone back towards a meaningful life by trying to accurately understand the underlying reasons for pain.

I have used Dr Swicegood for over a decade and he has always listened to me and then explained what he could do for me. He has helped me to live a normal life with minimal pain over that time he has been able to control my severe back pain. I was saddened to hear that he was semi retiring I am not sure what I will do when he fully retires. I now live in western Colorado and travel to Fort Smith once or twice a year to see him. The most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing!!
Dr. Swisegood is a doctor that truly cares about his patients health and comfort. He has always done everything possible to help me with my back pain. He listens carefully and I trust him completely with my health. His staff is excellent as well. All the ladies from the office staff to the nursing staff are great.
My appointment was absolutely perfect! Dr. Swicegood and staff went above and beyond for my situation. Immediately made me feel welcomed and so considerate of how I was feeling. It has been over a year that I have had these neck problems and to finally feel relief and mobile is unexplainable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I have lived with chronic neck pain for nearly 50 years. Dr. Swicegood is a very caring, compassionate, Christian Doctor. He helped alleviate my pain more than any other Dr. I've ever been to without pain medication. As far as I'm concerned, he is the VERY BEST!!!
Dr Swicegood is a very caring and concerned doctor. He is always willing to listen and try to help your pain. His staff is amazing. If you need to talk with a nurse they always call you back when you leave a message

He is a very caring Dr and does his best to get you some relief from the pain.
Dr. Swicegood is the most compassionate doctor I have experienced in my 68 years. If his office were a model for the health care system we would all be in wonderful shape! If you want someone who truly cares about your condition Dr. Swicegood is the one!
