Wanted to order ONE picture from them for my son's senior picture and it is $45.00 for ONE 5 x 7. That is ridiculous ! I have always hated this company they should at least give you a copy of the picture that is put in the year book which already cost you $20.00! They suck!

My kindergartener forgot where his money was that I gave him. I said I will have to order on line. As it turns out no money no picture. I wish they would take one so if forgotten or misplaced it can be ordered later. So disappointed I dont have his Spring picture. I was satisfied with the fall picture.

Lisa (supervisor) is absolutely crazy, we had to have our bank call her to get money back they said they "didnt" have. She was so rude to our customer service agent and she hung up on her! What is she 2? I would advise anyone using the gainesville photographers to find someone else!!!!

We accidentally for got my son s online order form at home instead of handing it to our photographer. I called before they opened. They returned my call before they opened, and easily understood the situation, and assured me that they received the order and that my son would still get his package. :)

I was very unhappy with the pictures, my student eyes were closed, with digital cameras they do not preview the picture before they go on to the next.

My son received his school pictures back. Although he took a great picture, unfortunatly the photographer did not. There is a prominent shadow on his face caused by poor lighting. They did not offer to auto correct this mistake. It is no ones fault but the photographer for such a bad picture. There is poor customer service and they do not care to assist issues properly. If you are not with this photography company as a school district, you should not.

Bad School Photography – My child took photos with this photographer through his school. Although he took a great pic, unfortuantly the photographer did not. There is a prominent shadow on his face. They did not offer to digitally fix or correct the problem. There was exceptionally poor customer service. I urge any school who is not with this company, do not.
