TERRIBLE SERVICE, CAROLINA MANAGER TERRIBLE, ELSA WORST SERVER WE WALKED IN AT 12:10 DIDN'T GET OUR FOOD UNTIL 12:50 BUT OTHERS RECEIVED THEY'RE FOOD BEFORE US, BUT THEY CAME IN AFTER US. NEVER GOING BACK.

Mimi's on Laguna Blvd, Elk Grove CA. Is an awful place to eat, if I could give a negative five stars I would. Complaint #1; I ordered Mimi's Chicken Cheddar Mac. What I ordered was not what I got. It was basically a few pieces of chicken and macaroni covered in Velveeta cheese. There was so much cheese the cheese began to harden two bites in. After which, I couldn't take another bite. So we walked into the Greensboro, NC corporate store at 8:25pm and were told by the hostess that the kitchen closes at 8:30 and they wouldnt be able to serve us. I asked what the published hours were, (website states open till 9pm) and she stated they are open till nine. I asked to speak to a manager and they produced a server who said the ssme thing. I probably should have went to Google from the gate. In July 2019 I was at a lunch meeting with co-workers at the Arlington, TX location. As I was leaving the establishment I tripped on a pipe sticking out of the concrete in the front of the restaurant, I fell and busted up my left knee and hurt my hip and back.
