As long as your having a procedure SWGI is easy to work with. If you need follow up or have any issues outside of a procedure; forget trying to get an appointment. I have been trying to get an appointment for over six months. Today I was told maybe in January. My procedure was in June. The secretary (Terry) is very rude and needs to remember that we the patients; pay for our services whhich in turn writes her payroll check.
