Milton & Amanda take excellent care of my husband at The Cottages. Highly recommend!
My sister who is very ill needed a health care provider to be able to access specialist care and direct medications. SW responded to my requests quickly providing a NP , who assessed and visited my sister on a regular basis until she was transferred to hospice care. The care provided was prompt, professional and compassionate. SW kept me informed as I live thousands of miles away and I would highly recommend their services.
My wife was recently admitted to a memory care facility. After reviewing a few providers, we chose SWGeriatrics for my wife's in-house medical care. Our decision was based mainly on their ability and willingness to manage all of the complicated prescriptions. They have done an excellent job, and my wife is tickled with the attention she receives for their Nurse Practitioner. We chose wisely!

It's good to have a facility that specifically centers on Geriatric patients. My mother, who must live in an Assisted Living home, is getting attentive care from SWGeriatrics.
