Dorothy was able to negotiate a great deal for me and I was able to purchased the home well below market value. She was so great and honest that when we did the home inspection we thought that the home would include washing machine but it was the current property of the tenant at the time. We found out at closing that the washing machine wasn't included so she offered to buy me one. I told her I didn't need it but it was the principal of it, that she offered to buy me one.

Not only did she take into consideration all of the things we wanted in our first home, but she worked with us all the way from Illinois before we moved to Florida. She did everything she could to help us find a home that we loved and when we found the home we loved, she was able to negotiate with the seller to decreased our home by $10k!
