Very nice, responsive agent, Laura, and maintenance person, Dwayne. They answered all our inquiries and responded to concerns. Thank you! It was a very pleasant stay.
What can I say the pictures don't even do this stunning home justice! The infinity pool and view were among our favorites! We saw dolphins, gators, jumping fish lizards, frogs and more! Not to mention fishing and crab catching! We had our own crab meal our last night! A few things need updates such as the the outdoor kitchen and grill couldn't get the grill working and maybe more supplies such as toiletries and trash bags would be great! We look forward to returning to this peaceful paradise!
We had a great family reunion and we will use SWFL-Rentals again!!! Everything went very smoothly and they accommodated some special requests very well.
This trip was the best trip. Residential quiet area! Not touristy! Loved the home, it couldn't have been more perfect. There is no reason to leave the house once you arrive, except for food! The house was amazing and plenty of things to do for everyone! The elevator was perfect for my dad who has trouble climbing stairs! We will be back!

We were looking to find the best place to go for our vacation and we were so blessed to have found SWFL. The booking was so easy and simple while being very affordable. The villa we booked was absolutely beautiful right on the canal with a boat lift and huge screened in pool in Cape Coral. Which was very close to Naples, Fort Myers, and Sanibel Island which was beautiful and a great place for shelling. When we arrived we were so pleased with the whole villa inside and out.
