We rented Villa Patrice, formerly Villa Silvana, for 10 days. We loved the house! Updates were made prior to our arrival. SWFL was wonderful to work with. From start to finish the process was smooth and professional. Ann did our check-in. She was very friendly and full of great information about the area. She even arranged for a fan to be delivered to the house when we requested one. Dwayne was very helpful as well. We highly recommend SWFL.
Our son was getting married on Captiva Island so we decided for our side of the family to rent a house in Cape Coral. The house was absolutely beautiful, and the pool and pool table kept everyone busy from the youngest to the oldest. Everyone loved the shower in the master suite, so if this is your room you need to set up by appointment only if anyone wants to use it or you will never get to bed!!!! My family and I have stayed with SWFL Rentals in the past but our most recent stay was not as promising as before. The home was in need of major repairs and cleaning. We reached the same night and through out our week stay to the agency via phone calls and emails regarding the issues. The pool was dirty upon arrival. The pool railings had paint chipping off which fell in the into the pool. As well as tiles around the pool had fallen into the pool. My 11 year son cut his foot on the broken tile in the pool.
