I paid good money to enjoy a jet ski rental, but instead I ended up spending valuable time looking for fuel. When I rent a jet ski, I expect to ride and enjoy the water—not waste time dealing with operational issues. When I contacted the owner for help, the response was unprofessional and unhelpful. What a great experience. Boat delivery was right on time. The boat was clean, fueled up and in good shape. The staff member was friendly and thorough. He gave advice on where to head and which bridges to be careful of. He showed up promptly at the drop- off time. Great time, and I would highly recommend SWFL Boat Rentals.
We got a slightly delayed start due to the online waiver not being available AND another boat rental was going out at same time. Once we got going we had a great time. The boat performed flawlessly and I was pleasantly surprised how little fuel we had consumed despite the fact we ran 4 straight hours; no anchoring/swimming, just cruising. Thanks guys.
