This is the worst experience I have had when renting a boat. Terrible customer service and will rip you off out of your money. These people are complete scam artist at its finest, if you are vacationing I recommend not using this place.
RecommendedHad a great experience renting here. Good selection of boats. Got a call the day before our reservation to advise the boat we reserved had mechanical issues and offered other boats. It was a small glitch. We had a great day on the water
This company cancelled my Father's Day reservation that I had paid in full all because of somebody else's negligence that resulted in damaging their boat. so I called to follow up on the email a man answer the phone hello which was really unprofessional didn't give his name or anything did not say the name of the business but I went on to say hi I rented a boat from you but you canceled it. and then told him I was unhappy with the $20 credit That was supposed to make me happy for canceling my reservation he hung up on me. ve... read more
Had a great day on the water, minus the weather. This company knows how to treat their clients. They delivered our rental on time. The paperwork and discussing boat details and safety took just a few minutes. They were on time, and helped us load all our stuff onto the boat. I will be renting again.

I have been wanting to join a boat club so I reserved a boat from them earlier in the week and they agreed to meet me at 8:30 with the boat on Saturday. I bought food and drink supplies, a new bikini for my wife, and asked my son and his wife to come along, we were set or so I thought. I arrived at 8:25 on Saturday morning and waited patiently.
