Lived in one of their houses for a couple years in college and just simply did not like it. Unfair and unhelpful management, I would avoid leasing with them if possible. -Does not use Zillow for advertising. -Inaccurate Description of my property listed for rent. -Did not advertise on MLS for 1st month it was available for rent. -Allowed all tenants to break lease because some of the tenants had orders. -Said tenants had orders when they all didn't actually have orders. -I paid for a HVAC repair that was tenant responsibility and had to audit account and catch that myself. -I cancelled my PMA due to unsatisfactory performance and they still told me I needed to pay my termination fee. Paula Heath, their Maintenance Coordinator, has been the shining star of Sweyer, as far as I’m concerned. Alway helpful, patient, and very kind, she’s been great to work with.
Very responsive and great attention to detail. Cassy Diskin has had to arrange several unique situations for me and exceeds expectations every time. I have great piece of mind knowing she is taking care of my property.
