I attended my first class this morning. I really liked it. The instructor helped me set up my bike before starting and took the time to explain the bike settings for me. The class was hard work for roughly 45 minutes, which is about as long as I want to workout. The studio was very clean and organized. The instructions were easy to follow for someone who's never attended a class. I had a great overall experience. I have a hard time making myself do any kind of cardio so this was perfect for me.
Showed up to my first cycle class with some friends at MXVE and was greeted by a friendly instructor Emily who was super helpful getting me set up! The energy and as high and great. The 6 am class had awesome music and friendly members and got pushed hard! I’ll be back!
Joy Weis was amazing! Her experience, personality and drive made the class one to remember and one to return too!
Arguably best playlists in town by JOY & love the ride & environment!
