I love this new location. It is close to a lot of stations (Bryant Park, Rock Center, Grand Central). The layout is great with the whole top floor for the women and the ground floor for the men. The layout of the studio is great. Bikes are close together but you really get to feel the energy off the people around you. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and they pay extra attention as to whose first time it is; whether its to cycling or to the studio. The instructors REALLY bring the energy and the fire. ... read more
I really like the energy of the instructor and the competitiveness between the teams. It really pushes you to push yourself to get the full effect of the workout. I will definitely go back.
