Very weird environment
I used Swept Away recently for a move out cleaning. After they left, I realized they did not do a good job cleaning my shower. The rest of the home was okay. A couple of the cleaners were also taking phone calls while cleaning. This felt a little unprofessional considering that I am paying for their time. Lastly, the quote I received was for two cleaners at an hourly rate each, but three cleaners showed up. I should have been informed that I would be paying for three since that deviated from the initial quote.
BEWARE! Regardless of my review, Swept Away will simply reply and place the blame of everything on me without taking any responsibility themselves. Whenever hiring a cleaning company, get a DETAILED quote of services and timelines. That way when you repeatedly request 2 people for 2 hours, it doesn’t turn into 3 people for 3 hours (for only 600 sf – go figure).
