Swepco replaced lines in my neighborhood. After running across my yard with their equipment and leaving tracks and digging huge holes and leaving tracks in the easement, they threw down a handful of grass seed, covered it with straw and said it was good enough. When I complained all I got was, the grass will grow back and when it rains the ruts will go away. Thanks for nothing SWEPCO.
Let me give you another ONE STAR. I would give you folks a negative 5 but don't have the option. We have regular outages in our neighborhood - we've lived here 10 years. All our neighbors have similar opinions of SWEPCO. I have lived in many 3rd world countries and never have had such issues. I do know what's wrong - we live on "the wrong side of the railroad tracks" on the east side of Rogers, and are ignored. We live in a heavily populated Hispanic community with no voice.
