Order was wrong. The server ask 3 times about the order and still got it wrong! Service sucked, veggie sandwich was soggy and through together. Xango was burnt!

Had lunch and it was are first visit...the food was wonderful... couldn't believe how good the service was...the place was packed and I can't wait to go back...
I would love to tell you the food was great as usual but I couldn't wait anymore. I waited entirely to long to get someone to take my order. I did call and spoke with the general manager. She did offer to take my name and give a discount but I declined. I told her to have a nice day but apparently that upset her because she hung up.
Best cheeseburgers! It’s a real treat when we are visiting family in Akron.
Very Slow service. Took three try’s at my order to get it correct. They need help and support. To there credit, the manager tried to save it, when she found out what was going on. She did credit my lunch but should maybe have credited my wife’s also after the aggravation.
