Terrible service today, extremely disappointing. I’m a huge fan of Swensons and this was a major letdown - we had just spent an eye watering $60 on dinner here the other day including tip, so it’s not exactly a cheap meal. I pulled up right in front of the server window next to two other cars around 6p, and sat there a good ten minutes watching the three servers laughing with each other. Ignored by the workers inside...sat for 15 minutes as workers walked past and even looked right at me. No one acknowledged me and I saw workers inside just standing around laughing together. Finally I left.
I had the most terrible experience. I waited an hour before I got taken care of the burgers were raw. The fries was raw very terrible experience.
