Good fast food burger
The wait times here are ridiculous. What's the point of ordering online, being told my food will be ready in 15 minutes, then clicking a link to tell them I'm here, only to have to wait another 20 minutes once I arrive? All this for a basic burger and onion rings that were cold when they were handed to me. I've given them 2 chances and it's happened both times- neither at peak dining hours. I won't be back.
Came back today for the spicy jalapeño burger. It was amazing!! The onion rigns are great. Best ever in a fast food place. Service was super fast. Had to change my review to reflect today's experience . Cassie is awesome!! Knows the food and specials. Great personality But the pimento burger looks nothing like the pic and definitely not good. Beef patties were dry and cold. Hubby had the galley boy and said the same. Cold and dry Been here 2 times now and no need to try again.
The food was just regular. Nothing to write home about. However, what I appreciated the most was the service. Jalen (sp) is an exceptional young man. He was personable, polite and friendly. Most importantly, he talked to us. Increasingly, I've noticed that when the person providing the service is young (maybe early to mid twenties) they barely speak, their heads are pointed to the floor, they don't make eye contact.
