Love willoughby Swensons! Went 8/16/25 around 10pm. The workers were so swamped. They were truly doing the best they could. Other customers were just being so rude to them. It was hard to watch. My service was good- the food was good! Thanks to all of you for working so hard!
They forgot my food multiple times I waited to get my order taken for 35 minutes and then another 20 for food they don't know how to train their new staff and they have one good employee and her name is Cassie and she's amazing but when I don't get her it's always wrong
It's a drive up not much atmosphere burger was OK shake was really thick
Usually the service is exceptional. Tonight, the service was quite slow n my sandwich had a long hair in it. I brought it to their attention n they apologized n make me a fresh one
