Zero customer service. If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered ahead and waited 15 mins with our lights on before going inside to get my order myself. Also was missing a Mac and cheese that they charged me for but I'm not ever going back. Workers could care less. There were only like 5 cars in the lot and at least 7 people in the kitchen. Sad because I used to enjoy Swensons.
Waiting 25 minutes in my car for someone to take my order and then waiting another 20 minutes for my food. Too long for fast food.
This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location. We waited 30mins for 2 milkshakes. Ridiculous. The young man taken our order apologized several times explaining the staff was young. I am not sure if there was a manager present but they obviously felt like it was ok not to be on top of their jobs. The car next to us pulled in a few minutes after us and they were still there after we left. Our milkshakes were not good.
Was really surprised by this place. Great food at great prices. The service was spot on and they answered our questions since it was our first time there. Definitely going back again!
