Sat and waited for 20+ Mins for an over burnt burger and cold fries. The only thing that was worth it in the meal was the Pineapple Milkshake.... Man I used to like this spot.
Will never try fast food again or any cheap food for that matter. Absolutely disgusting, I almost threw up. This is the first time ever that I’ve found a hair in any kind of food. This was ordered June 6th at 3:30, whoever was on shift needs to get more than fired
My sister and I waited over an hour and a half last night for a milkshake pick up order that didn’t have the right ice cream and the brownie that was supposed to be blended in. My sister ordered a milkshake while we were waiting and we had to tell them four times about both orders. I signed up for a Swensons account, and stopped in at the Willoughby, OH location and made my 1st mobile order. I waited over 35 minutes for my order, had to keep asking how much longer and they were not busy at all. I found out the order was just sitting inside dying. The food was cold. The server dropped the ball big time! Not sure if I'll give them any future business.
This is not the Swenson’s you remember or would drive out for. Atmosphere, you can’t tell if the place is open. Service the server was fast and attentive but kept calling me boss like either I’m some fat cowboy or we’re back in the early 1800s. Food, wow the food is so bad I couldn’t even finish it and it gave me dog wicked gas. The burger don’t have the original recipe. And looked like they were ran over before being brought me.
