Honestly if you’re looking for a place to share memories with all family members and have a big family please be aware that family isn’t welcomed on property. Family members of tenants that come over to visit aren’t welcomed inside Gates whether it’s through a vehicle or walking. They will let it be know with notes or body language. A well kept area around the Apartment building. Quiet and no heavy traffic. I'm glad my Dad lives here and I don't have to worry about his surroundings or shady neighbors.
