Really upset. I drove to Suffolk. I had an appointment today at 10 am with Jim Weill and I arrived maybe at 10:03 am after trying to find the house. When I pulled up he was on a video showing with a young lady and left me and my mother to walk around in the house by ourselves. The young lady was offered to apply for the house in my presence and I was given a flyer. Rude and not professional at all. I left to go look at other houses in the area

Would rate lower if I could. Left us with a broken microwave for over 3 months in our rental. Took them 5 weeks to fix the dishwasher. Wet left the house immaculate spent over a week cleaning it for a white glove inspection. Charged us $380 dollars to clean it upon move out which is completely outrageous. Charged us $180 to fix a gate handle that was broken when we moved in which again was ridiculous.
