Dana was absolutely amazing! There were a few challenges along the way and you could not have scripted a better response to them. Her display of care and efficiency should be modeled. We are very grateful to have had th opportunity to work with her.
We stayed at one of Swell’s “luxury” rentals and it was in very poor condition. Moldy and dirty patio furniture, filthy BBQ, broken amenities (pool table netting, TVs, sports equipment), mold in the shower, mouse traps in a kitchen drawer, and a rusted table that stained our clothing. The property manager called once after checkout, said he’d follow up, then stopped responding. This was not close to the standard advertised or what we paid for. Very disappointing experience.
David with vacation rentals is outstanding! He went above and beyond what I would have expected. I would highly recommend working with him!
I had the privilege of connecting with Dana Clymer (Swell’s property manager) through a referral she had for the Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho area where I am a full-time Realtor.
