Swell properties did not disappoint. 1305 Neptune Ave is within a short walking distance to watch the sunset and surfers, restaurants and coffee shops as well as a bakery. Encinitas is a safe wonderful coastal town ,home of Moonlight Beach. The apartment is spacious and well stocked. I give it a fabulous thumbs up. A. Johnson 2026
KC is hands down the best realtor we could have asked for. We bought our house about four months ago and I will only recommend him to anyone buying in the area. Before we even started seriously looking, he spent an entire weekend just driving us around different neighborhoods so we could get a feel for what we actually liked. Dana was absolutely amazing! There were a few challenges along the way and you could not have scripted a better response to them. Her display of care and efficiency should be modeled. We are very grateful to have had th opportunity to work with her.
We stayed at one of Swell’s “luxury” rentals and it was in very poor condition. Moldy and dirty patio furniture, filthy BBQ, broken amenities (pool table netting, TVs, sports equipment), mold in the shower, mouse traps in a kitchen drawer, and a rusted table that stained our clothing. The property manager called once after checkout, said he’d follow up, then stopped responding. This was not close to the standard advertised or what we paid for. Very disappointing experience.
